This time I’m trying the Wild Rose Herbal D-TOX. It’s 100% Canadian plus you still eat. Real food. Like the last cleanse I did there are some foods that you cannot eat. 12 days of no mushrooms, bananas, cheese or peanuts. Or milk or alcohol. Plus a whole lot of other things. But I can eat a lot of fish. And drink plenty of water.
Hopefully the combination of this cleanse and going to the gym will help me shift some weight off me.
Current weight: 153 pounds. Height: 5’3″.
I know I’m not a horrible weight for someone my age that’s had a couple of kids. But I feel better a bit lighter. The problem is I love junk food. Potato chips, bacon, french fries and candy. Bacon. Yum yum. I even have plans to make bacon caramel popcorn at some point… but I digress. It would feel nice to go to the beach and not be self-conscious. Not that I actually go to the beach. I think about it though.
By the way, I’m turning 35 in a few weeks. We have made some crazy plans that I will blog about later. I’m pretty psyched!
