Project 333

My first week of Project 333

This week has just flown by! My three Rubbermaid containers are in the garage plus some extra shoes in another box plus my jewelry box has been re-stored with my promise not to touch it until the end of June. Throughout the week more little necklace chains, tops and pants kept surfacing from little nooks and crannies. I think my house looks tidier. Laundry simplier. Dressing uncomplicated. Quite a lot of the clothes I picked have yet to be worn. One of my regrets was not choosing another rainy day jacket. Maybe we will get the nice weather we have been promised so it won’t matter so much. I switched  my walking shoes with a pair of Van’s my friend can’t wear anymore. My old shoes were all broken in the back from putting them on wrong. I had to throw them away but without guilt because I wore them for many years and wore them out.

I base my fashion sense on what doesn’t itch.

About stephanieough

Wife, mom, concerned citizen of the earth. Striving towards intentional living rather than blindly following. Former Education Specialist for a corporation, I have now taken a step back to spend time with my family and work closer to home. Hoping to reduce our waste through refusing, reducing and reusing so that we will not have to recycle as much. Also, I love to explore zero-waste fast food and take pictures of my sucesses. I'm a fan of British comedies like Red Dwarf and Black Adder, Kevin Smith and his movies, Asian food, documentaries, biographies and going to Las Vegas on vacation. If someone told me I could only listen to the Beatles for the rest of my life I would die happy.

  1. I base my fashiion sense on what doesnt itch or ride up. Form over fashion, most times for me too!
