De-cluttering, Every Cookbook by 2012

Every Cookbook by 2012 – Biggest Loser Dessert

I love the Biggest Loser. Actually the reason I weigh what I weigh has everything to do with the Biggest Loser. The Biggest Loser has an on-line program that I have used three times with good success. Even after two babies I can say that I weigh around 10 – 15 pounds less than my heaviest pre-pregnancy weight. Oh sure I’d love to be a size 5 again but size 9-11 suits me just fine (for now). My last goal was to fit back into my wedding dress. It was achieved earlier this year. Ok, I admit it was a little looser on my wedding day but I’ll take it. I own most of the Biggest Loser books. One of my newest books is the Dessert Cookbook. I made Run, Don’t Walk, Rum Balls to save this book. I had made them for New Years Eve and still had the pitted dates hanging around. The recipes are mostly easy to make and taste great.

So far in this journey of sorting through my cookbooks some have been given away and others donated. A couple that were beyond repair have been recycled. There are only 71 days left of 2011. If there is any chance to save all of my precious cookbooks I’d better start hurrying up!

What cookbook do you own that you could not love without?

About stephanieough

Wife, mom, concerned citizen of the earth. Striving towards intentional living rather than blindly following. Former Education Specialist for a corporation, I have now taken a step back to spend time with my family and work closer to home. Hoping to reduce our waste through refusing, reducing and reusing so that we will not have to recycle as much. Also, I love to explore zero-waste fast food and take pictures of my sucesses. I'm a fan of British comedies like Red Dwarf and Black Adder, Kevin Smith and his movies, Asian food, documentaries, biographies and going to Las Vegas on vacation. If someone told me I could only listen to the Beatles for the rest of my life I would die happy.
