I am now a soccer mom. It’s almost a law where I live, “All children must play soccer” or else! It must be a fun sport or something. I was never good at it but my husband was. I saw the commercial above and decided it was worth posting. Soccer and recycling united! I hope you enjoy this Return-it soccer commercial.
My oldest son seems to be enjoying soccer. We will see about that when this surprisingly nice weather turns on us. Before the season he asked us for a helmet…
I can’t believe it’s still sunny and warm into October. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We went to my husband’s family for dinner last night (thanks Sarah) and put on a dinner for my family tonight. For the first time we Skyped our out-of-town family. That was great. I really miss them. Why can’t all of our family just live here?
We tried to be less wasteful this Thanksgiving. Cloth napkins instead of paper… that kinda thing. I did break down and used some of my parents tinfoil to tent the stuffing (dressing). It’s been years since I’ve used tinfoil. I plan on rinsing it and recycling it.
I have lots to be thankful for. Great family, friends, kids, husband and my health. I am very lucky.
Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!
